So remember this post where I seemed all on top of my workouts & like I was really committed to this challenge...yeah, let's just say I fell off the bandwagon last week. BUT I am not going to let that get me down, I'm motivated to get back into it this week.
This is what my pathetic workouts have looked like recently...
1/16 - uh...
1/17 - =)
1/18 - nada
1/19 - nuffin'
1/20 - attempted to run 2.5 mi, it was sweltering hot outside so I walked most of the way
1/21 - I've got nothin' for ya
1/22 - does playing with a baby all day count as a workout?
1/23 - Treadmill shred workout
1/24 - how about going to the movies? that counts, right?
1/25 - Pure Barre
1/26 - shopping...that for sure counts as a workout ;)
1/27 - sleeping most of the day because I poisoned myself with gluten
1/28 - 1 hour personal training session
So yeah...out of those 13 days, I worked out on 4 of them. Man, that's LAME! I am basically the best excuse maker ever & that's gotta stop.
My mom paid for me to sign up for Weight Watchers & I got all set up last night and now know my allotted number of points that I'm allowed for the day. This is easier than calorie counting for me because it calculates the points for me & I can log my activity as well. It also sets a goal for me & keeps track of my progress. I signed up for the 3 month plan so I'm hoping to see some good results!
